Customer Satisfaction Diagnosis

With client satisfaction becoming more of a concern for retail companies as time goes by, the need for solutions and strategies that help provide clients with the best shopping experience as never been higher.
​
In this challenge, the team proposes a solution based on an Expert System not only capable of predicting dissatisfied clients, but also identifying their dissatisfaction reasons and coming up with an action plan that may build their confidence back in the company’s services, minimizing the risk of them leaving.
